Praise for Maggie Hoffman
“Maggie Hoffman does what so few cocktail experts can: decode Fancy Drinking for a lay audience while keeping it all approachable and genuinely exciting. Her writing has been an indispensable guide for curious drinkers who care about drinking the best drinks they can, not just what’s hot and trendy.”—Max Falkowitz, former Saveur Executive Digital Editor
“Hoffman has been on the frontline of the modern craft cocktail movement, serving as a trusted, expert resource who helped demystify the often confusing and complicated world of spirits, giving at-home cocktail aficionados the inspiration to take their game to the next level.”—Brad Thomas Parsons, author of Bitters and Amaro
“Maggie Hoffman is one of my favorite voices in food and spirits writing. Both conversational and correct, Maggie’s writing guides people to new experiences in a way that makes them feel they’re learning from a trusted friend.”—bartender Michael Neff, The Cottonmouth Club, Houston
